Keep Your Dogs and Cats Out of the Dentist’s Office

Keep your dogs and cats out of the dentist’s office with a simple solution that they’re absolutely going to love! To keep your dog’s teeth optimally clean and healthy, let them have a raw beef marrow bone, a knuckle bone or stew bone – once or twice weekly. They’ll enjoy gnawing on it, which will help remove tarter and film and keep them occupied for at least a half an hour.

Never allow them to have any cooked chicken, pork or beef bones, as they could splinter and cause damage in the intestinal tract. A raw, meaty bone won’t break or splinter and is safe enough for puppies too!

For cats: try offering a few raw chicken neck vertebrae. It works great, brings out the natural hunting/feeding instinct and your dental bills could be a thing of the past!

Healthy Teeth and Gums are Essential for Wellness…

“Doc” Holiday’s Dental Picks are a wonderful alternative to the raw bones above, and are a terrific choice for any dog to have. They’re way better for your dogs than rawhide, bully sticks or plastic chews which can contain chemical preservatives or artificial flavor enhancers and cause intestinal distress. Doc’s Dental Picks are completely natural and won’t stain your carpet, get slimy, goopy, sticky or mess up your house!

Help keep your dog out of the dentist’s office FOREVER! Dogs absolutely love “Doc’s” Dental Picks. Our unique antler chews are split right down the middle so your dog can easily access the marrow (the most delicious part) of the antler, so they get to enjoy them better than anything else! The more they chew, the stronger their teeth and gums become. The natural action of saliva and friction helps keep teeth clean, gums strong and breath fresh.

We have the perfect size for every dog. Check out “Doc” Holiday’s Dental Picks.

    1. No animals were ever hurt with anything I make. The deer antlers are naturally shed and gathered from floors of the forests of North America. You can see that in the video and also on the product page! xoxo

  1. I wish someone would come up with Dental Picks for Cats. I know the suggestion is to give raw chicken neck vertebrae but it would be nice to have an alternative just as dogs do. Thanks

  2. I would like to know how much fat the chews or antlers have. I have two
small schnauazers and have to watch their fat content really close?

  3. I can’t find a listing to purchase chicken vertabtae for my cats. Can you please send me the particulars? I have 2 cats and one is a tarter builder that needs a cleaning every year. Can’t afford it anymore.

    1. The Chicken neck come with the chicken that you buy in the grocery store. They’re free with the chicken, so you’re going to save a bundle! xoxo

  4. Hi – these split antlers look interesting! I too have purchase whole antlers for my two dogs, and they seem perplexed by them & not interested in chewing them. Question: I have been purchasing bully sticks online for years from a quality vendor who only sources USA grown bully sticks. What is your objection to feeding them? I always thought they were a safe substitiue for rawhide, which I never give my dogs. Thanks,

    1. Hi! The split antlers are way more interesting than the whole ones. A lot of dogs don’t even take to the whole antlers, but when they’re split – they get to the exciting part right out of the bag! Bully Sticks can contain smoked flavorings and I have to questions the chemicals to make them that way. No animals were killed or harmed for us to have the antlers. The same deer that drop their antlers are probably frolicking around the forests, still enjoying themselves:)

  5. Hi Andi,
I have a question about my two chihuahuas and their teeth, but first I want to give you a HUGE thank you for what your stew has done for my three dogs. I have a beagle(11), and two chis(10 and 8) and they have all been on your stew from your book for about three years. Their health turned around almost overnight, and everyone thinks they are much younger than they are.
Here is my question…My Bella(chi) has been told by the vet that she has a loose canine and they want to put her under anasthesia to remove it because if I try to remove it, they say it could break her little jaw. they say we should do it soon as it has been loose for a long time. I do not want to put her under and am wondering if there is anything you can recommend that is more natural? we brush her teeth every night…the tooth is quite loose but has been for a long time.

    1. Hi Denise.. thanks for your kind words and I’m so happy your dogs are doing so great. As far as the tooth goes… Is she in pain? Does it seem to be abscessed? It may just fall out naturally by itself (which would be great) and/but if there is an infection. (Give Vitamin C) You will want to address that. I might wait a few days.. see if it bothers her. Does she chew on one side? Etc. Keep us posted. You’re a great Mom! xoxo
