So many people have been writing me over the last five years to express concerns about their pets’ health and the ongoing problems they’ve been facing. The most common conditions are allergies, digestive disorders, (vomiting and diarrhea), obesity, immunity problems, diabetes, chronic skin and coat problems and eye/ear issues. After much deliberation about what I can do to help, I decided to publish a new, updated, version of my book, The Whole Pet Diet: Eight Weeks to Great Health for Dogs & Cats, (Ten Speed Press) and to go back into manufacturing solutions for people who just don’t have the time to make everything from scratch. This has been a journey and I have discovered we are able to make even more AMAZING natural health care products for dogs and cats than ever before.
My decision to get back into business is based on the fact that there is nothing that’s good enough for me to feed my own pets, and as
everyone knows: “If I couldn’t eat it myself, or use it on my own body – my pets would never get it”!
I am so glad so many of you have opted to make your own pet’s food, treats and grooming aids and I thank you for the kind words about the guidance my book has provided in building healthy pets. Your commitment to your pets has been a huge source of inspiration for this project and I am proud to once again offer a real alternative when you’re time or kitchen challenged. Sometime
